Are all ranking members in these games on forums

Ways to improve people to get on forums and more
to get on vent

Let all know new website in the works and vent
company server changing

Ask for any advice on ways to improve the guild
as a whole

Make sure others know to set up a guild app on
their games website and send members to guild website to sign up for games.

Send any notes to all who were at guild meeting


·
Do the members know that they can donate to
ventrilo so as one person isn’t paying for it.


These are the topics that mostly should be focused on. Yes they may/will be more but focused on these for now.
Also remember I (Aoriu-DarkSheik) will not be the one holding the meetings anymore, I have other things to keep focused on and other

rankingmemberswill be the ones to hold the meetings. When we have a permanet person to hold the meetings I'll update with there name, they are who
you go to and let know of any new topics
