Recruitment and Guild Status

First off I say we are doing ok but we need to work harder.

Blood Recruiter Ranks- You all now have a new rule; Each of you MUST add 1 new person to the guild per week until we have a much larger active rate.
Event Planner (when we get one)- Must make 1 event per week or 2 per month for guild
Blood Major- Focus more on getting members on forums and vent with mic's and helping to keep members here.

Now for this part.
If you want to apply for a in game guild rank it is a MUST for:
Blood Recruiter- must use forums regularly and vent at least sometimes
Blood Major and above MUST use both
Event Planner MUST use forums
