Vent update

Dear Valued Customer,

Our network
provider is currently offline. During this time, your ventrilo servers
will not be available and you will not be able to access your control
panel. We strongly advise you not open a support ticket and check back
to this page regularly. As for a ETA, we are hoping they will be back
up by tonight.

Please note that we are not the only provider
going through this. Thousands of providers are currently experiencing
the same downtime. We sincerely hope this will not change hinder your
view on MaxFrag. We have been dedicated to providing the best quality
hosting since we began on June ’08. This occurrence was out of our
control.

Thank you for everyone's patience. Yesterday our
network fell victim to aggressive attacks by militant hackers. We are
in the process of making a full recovery. Ventrilo systems that were
effected by yesterday's attacks are coming back online. It may take us
well into tonight before all of these systems as well as the maxfrag
control panel have been fully restored. Please bear with us, we are
moving as quickly as we can. Please do not open a support ticket until
the restoration is completed (hopefully in the next 24 hours).

Well they got the Control Center up just not the servers yet. Still waiting. Not sleeping until they back up.

Coming Back Online - 04/01/2009

Thank you for everyone's patience and understanding in this
situation. Today we will be sending out server information to users via
email. Most servers will be online and functioning.
Note: MaxFrag was not in any way hacked or exploited. Your customer
information is safe and will always be safe. This attack was done to
our provider, Ubiquity Servers. Also note that we are not the only
company suffering from this. Many top providers fell victim to this as
well.

I'm not sure whats wrong with the server but don't worry it will be back up. Bills all been paid weeks ago when it was due so its not that. It maybe a outage and there working on fixing it.

I left a support ticket so when I get more word I'll let you all know.

Our Atlanta data center received a short period of power outage. All
servers should be online and functional at this point. If you still
have issues, you may open a support ticket.

But due to it being down again there maybe a lightning storm going on down there.

Atlanta is still experiencing some connectivity issues. The data center
techs are hard at work to resolve this issue. Please do not open a
